We would like to bring your attention to post awakening clearing.
Clearing can be challenging.
What is post awakening clearing and why is it so important?
Here's an analogy to help you understand this. The prevalent nondual belief is that there is a journey to awakening and an arrival.
Picture a mountain and a tough climb. If you are lucky, you will reach the summit. You will have arrived! Now, instead, imagine you are air lifted to the summit with targeted, purposeful, methodic inquiry, and when you get to the summit, you discover, there's no, you, there. It's discovered that there never was this imaginary you.
This is a description of "The Living Method" awakening.
Yet, there is a sense of existence and there is a sense that you are there.
However, the sense of something is not necessarily the same as the truth of something.
You discover that the you that you had thought yourself to be doesn’t exist and never did.
True nature is there, yet unexpectedly, the patterns of the body-mind can still arise.
It is the unexpected arising of thinking patterns and identification with the body post awakening, that makes clearing so important.
The clearing out of these patterns reveals the ever-present clarity that is.
Clearing is a path, and it provides the guidance for clearing out the arising of thinking patterns and misidentification as the body.
"The Living Method" offers clearing support.
It has programs for guiding you to use effective inquiry, and thereby experience, in a stable way, the underlying clarity that you are.
The clearing path is for abiding as truth - as the peace that is.
Without clearing, automated, default thinking patterns arise, and misidentification as a default body-mind, is likely.
The awakening session is the kindergarten, and clearing is going through the grades of school, and there's no graduation.
This is so exciting because it means that the mystery of true nature is revealed over and over NOW.
Clearing reveals the truthful default of freedom!

Some will be invited to participate in Living As True Nature, after conviction of true nature as the default is established
In closing, remember that repetition is the mother of clarity, and with that in mind, we encourage you to select from the list of suggested clearing opportunities the way that seems best for you to repeat recognizing what's true, instead of defaulting to automatic egoic patterns.
The teaching says awaken first and then shift the default through clearing.
Fred Davis
Fred Davis is a fully independent, global teacher of nonduality. He is not allied with any school, scripture, teacher, religion, or philosophy. Fred is very much a “regular” person, just like you. He wasn’t born awake or under a cabbage leaf beneath a harvest moon. He was a seeker for 24 years, thus he’s quite unable to declare himself a “quick study.” Fred is an ordinary sage, not a sacred saint. His life’s path is considered colorful by some and checkered by others. That’s probably true for you as well, which is the whole point. He woke up, so to speak, and so can you.
Teaching what is now known as The Living Method through the so-called Fred unit, began locally in 2010 and online in 2011. Over the last thirteen years, it has helped facilitate Realization for well over a thousand followers: perhaps closer to two thousand. The process has changed as experience has deepened, but the core of it remains precisely the same.
The Living Method is the very definition of “direct teaching.” It offers no path to Realization, which is the focus of most “sooning schools.” There are many effective nondual teachers and methods; no one has a monopoly on Truth. For most of those using The Living Method, however, it is reliable and predictable; it usually takes about an hour to Realize. Once Awakeness itself comes out of denial, we start to focus on clearing. We are not trying to clear Awakeness up. Awakeness is always here and always clear. We use self-inquiry coupled with reason to clear the false ideas and behavior of an imaginary character out!
- Waking up is now or never, here or nowhere. Nobody in the history of nonduality has ever woken up “soon!” That whole notion is seen to be ridiculous and woefully self-defeating upon the Recognition of True Nature.
Fred did many practices in his days of “sooning.” He spent endless hours in meditation, meditative silence, and quiet reflection. He offered prayers of centering, submission, and supplication and practiced hatha yoga, yoga nidra, japa, visualization, and deep Self-inquiry, culminating in complete burnout. Burnout saved the day and offered freedom, but it took two years of relentless-to-the-point-of-being-unhealthy nondual inquiry before the peace of abidance as Consciousness Itself could be experienced—by Awakeness Itself.

Fred is the real deal. Since working with Fred there are regular deeper glimpses arising. Times of knowing myself and all others as one. As Fred says- "there’s only one thing going on". Now I have seen what this means. A more profound knowing.
