Fred uses humor and easy to understand methods to guide you through a series of questions (self inquiry style). Using your own experience you can follow along and discover what you are NOT to make room to realize what you are. He explains nonduality in plain language making complex concepts easy to understand. He references enlightened leaders such as Nisargadatta and Ramana Maharshi in the beginning which could be a meaningful pointer for those who know those names (and for those who don’t).
